Model 3328QC-50, 3328QC-105, 3328QC-200, 3328QC-300 and 3328QC-400 are designed for ground use to give you the capability to perform both engine starting and maintenance functions on aeroplanes and helicopters. Built with the only cost effective patented Quick Change design in the world, the batteries in this unit can be easily switched in less than a minute, without tools, training or downtime.

This GPU model, rated at 2800 peak starting amps, can be used on the ramp to conduct engine starting and will provide 28.5V of continuous clean, no duty cycle power up to 400 Amps DC when plugged into 110V or 220V AC wall power. Please specify the AC voltage when placing the order.

The power supply voltage output is set to 28.5 Volts to simulate the same voltage as when an aircraft is running under power. With its high battery capacity and its integrated power supply, this full 28V mobile START PAC® battery is ideal for enabling superior starts on multiple aircraft and powering up various cockpit systems such as inverters, avionics and GPS for training, maintenance or software downloads.

Its large battery capacity will allow extended usage time even when no AC power source is available. Able to perform multiple turbine or piston engine starts, this START PAC® unit will allow your turbine engines to experience faster and cooler engine starts than with most ship’s aircraft batteries (the turbine is spooled to more revolutions per second before fuel is injected). Thus, turbine life will be extended because there is less stress on the starter and other engine components. This will preserve the aircraft’s costly batteries and help lower operating costs. When using your START PAC’s integrated power supply, you save the on-board battery for emergency use only. As a START PAC® secures all your engine starts, this unit will ensure that you have no downtime. The environmentally responsible, low VOC powder coating protects the case from wear, tear and poor weather conditions.
